Many building departments in Ca. are mandating a structural upgrade for tilt-up structures with wood roofs. Aspex Builders, inc. holds a patent (pending) on a series of economical retro-fit systems designed to remedy structural deficiencies in these buildings, especially if built prior to 1976.

We offer an economical retro-fit system $engineered for your specific building and installed from inside the structure, eliminating any damage to the roof and with a minimum of disruption to your tenant’s business activities.

These upgrades may have substantial financial benefits for the owner, including an increase in equity, expanded use options, lessening or elimination of earthquake insurance requirements, less financial exposure from damage to tenant materials and equipment leading to loss of income during repair or building replacement, increased resistance to roof collapse from water build-up.
